Delivery Services
Please note: Delivery is not an OWLSnet service. OWLS and NFLS contract separately with Waltco to provide delivery services for their member libraries. Forms and information are provided on the OWLSnet web site to help streamline the ordering of delivery supplies.
Delivery programs provided by OWLS and NFLS are designed to put desired materials in the hands of library patrons as quickly and cost effectively as possible. To achieve that goal, both systems engage in several different activities.
- Contracts with Waltco, Inc. to deliver materials to all member libraries.
- In addition, both systems participate in an intersystem delivery service that facilitates sharing materials throughout the state.
- The systems also mail materials to libraries not served by any of the above services.
