AAC Meeting Agenda

Lunch arrangements: Lunch will be sandwiches (from Great Harvest) and fixings for $6 per person. If staff from your library will be attending, please RSVP for lunch by sending an email to Laura by Tuesday, January 13th, and include the number of attendees from your library.

  • Receipt printer recommendations - We've learned that Windows Vista will not work with receipt printers prior to the Epson TM88-III. OWLS recommends replacing older models in 2009.

6. Decision - consensus decision or vote

• Proposed change to hold pickup procedures - proposed that we add, "Your library card will be required to pick up this material."

• Online patron registration - OWLS suggests that this discussion be put on hold. There isn't enough staff time to begin another project at this time.
