AAC Meeting Agenda

Lunch arrangements: Lunch will be arranged at approx. $6 per person. If staff from your library will be attending, please RSVP for lunch by sending an email to Laura by Tuesday, March 17th, and include the number of attendees from your library.

6. Decision - consensus decision or vote

• Transit slip procedures - At the last AAC meeting, we decided to implement the following transit slip procedures and revisit them at the March AAC meeting.
• Lowering the maximum numbers of holds. Please review the new Implementing Holds Limits in OWLSnet document, and the Resource Sharing Growth in OWLSnet document.
• Draft patron registration procedures
  • Suggestions from AAC regarding Draft patron registration procedures

7. Discussion - discussion of issues that may be up for decision at future meetings

• DVDs with digital copies
• Billed item - give to supervisor: It's been three years since we migrated and there are still about 1000 items in InfoSoup that were billed before we migrated.
