On Friday, September 1st, 2006, Rick emailed the AAC email list with the following information:

At the past couple of AAC meetings I mentioned that OWLS has been working on an InfoSoup Development Plan. Having a generally agreed upon plan will provide us with a context, direction, and process for making improvements to InfoSoup. I would appreciate your feedback about the proposed plan, particularly about the proposed development process.

I'm not looking for volunteers or comments about specific enhancements right now. That will come later. What I really want to know is if the general direction sounds okay and if the development process is acceptable. Do you think it will allow us to proceed with enhancements while ensuring plenty of opportunities for member library input and collaboration? I look forward to receiving your comments.

This blog is one of the pieces of the proposed plan. It's your chance to participate in the development of InfoSoup, so be sure you take this opportunity to be heard! OWLS staff will post ideas, examples, and/or questions here for you to consider and respond to. We look forward to hearing what you have to say.
