Anyone can subscribe to the blog's RSS feed by using the Subscribe link in the right column, which would allow you to see what's happening on the blog via an aggregator such as Bloglines.
If you would like to comment on an entry, simply click on the Comments link at the bottom of the entry. You will be taken to a comment form where you can enter your thoughts.
