As many of you may have noticed already, Community Reviews was installed in InfoSoup by Innovative last Tuesday. The design and styling have been applied and patrons can currently add reviews. HOWEVER, we are currently unable to access the reviews to moderate them and add appropriate reviews that have been contributed. We are working with Innovative to get access to the management info, but are still waiting for help.

Because of this, we did not announce Community Reviews to you or to patrons via InfoSoup, as we don't want a lot of people trying to add reviews that we can't get to and have them getting frustrated that their reviews aren't showing up in the catalog. Once we have access to the management info, we will announce the new service on the InfoSoup homepage and will also provide a brief screencast for how to add reviews.

Unfortunately, the problem we have with not being able to access the community reviews management info (where submitted reviews get approved for posting) is a bigger problem than we thought. Innovative is working on it, but is having trouble figuring out what's going on.

So! We had to temporarily disable the community reviews feature in InfoSoup, as we don't know when this issue will be resolved. Our apologies for this inconvenience to you and your patrons!
