AAC meeting info
The following decisions were made at the May AAC meeting:
- The next AAC meeting will be held July 13th in Appleton. This meeting has been added to the original schedule.
- Order information (for those libraries using the acquisitions module) will not be displayed in InfoSoup, but will be displayed in staging.
- We agreed to keep users logged into InfoSoup whenever they authenticate. This may mean that patrons in the library will need to be trained to log out of their accounts.
- We will be forming a committee to investigate PC Management systems. Brown County may participate in this. After evaluating the systems benefits and costs, the committee will make recommendation to AAC.
- Billing libraries for long overdue items will be on the next AAC agenda for a decision.
- The libraries will take a 2% increase in membership fees to the library boards for approval.
