Patty has reposted the Should be Short Loan Report again after we discovered a problem with the report. The report had a problem with item status - some items that should have been on the report were not included, and other items were included that shouldn't have been. I apologize for this - I think it's fixed now and the problem should not re-occur. However, should you notice anything not-quite-right about this report (or any others) please don't hesitate to contact me.

If you're printing out the OWLSnet Directory, the following pages have changed and should be updated:

*Page 25 Waupaca Area Public Library - Peg Burington has changed from Acting Director to Director. No assistant director at this time.

In the last month, we've had a couple of questions about merging patrons. In each case, a merge was done, and after the fact, the librarian discovered that they had merged the records for two different patrons.

Unfortunately, merging is a permanent process, and can't be undone. If you've merged patrons that shouldn't be, you'll need to create a new patron record for one of them and do your best to re-create both of the records accurately.
