Employment Opportunity - Circulation Specialist
As you know, OWLSnet has been
searching for a Circulation Librarian ever since Emily left us in
July. We've been trying diligently to fill the position, but so far
have been unsuccessful. Therefore, we've decided to try a different
approach. A number of you have suggested that we consider not
requiring an MLS - that there are lots of talented, enthusiastic people
in OWLSnet who'd be interested in the position if that weren't a
requirement - and we've decided to take your advice.
We are re-posting this position internally to OWLSnet. We will accept applications for the position of Library Circulation Specialist until noon on Friday, Dec 28, 2007. This revised position is classified at the Library Assistant level, and duties and requirements have been adjusted accordingly. (We do not require an MLS for Library Assistant positions at OWLS.)
