At the last AAC meeting, we agreed to change the way we ask libraries to place and remove short loan stickers. To help out, OWLS has created a short video (about three minutes) that describes the process. Please take a look!

We've confirmed with Innovative that while the monthly April circulation statistics are still not correct, Innovative will  be able to rebuild these early in May. 

The daily circulation statistics appear to be correct now, but we won't be able to re-create the missing days.  We'll wait to run our monthly circulation statistics until we've confirmed that the numbers are correct, and we will let you know when the April statistics are correct. 

Previously....
We're currently experiencing problems with the April circulation statistics.  This means that the daily circulation statistics reports, available in Web Management, are not reporting the correct data.  We have opened a call with Innovative about this and will keep you updated.

If you're printing out the OWLSnet Directory, the following pages have changed and should be updated:
