Payment for Lost and Billed Materials Procedures

The Payment for Lost and Billed Materials Procedures document has been updated to reflect the decision made at the January 18, 2008 AAC meeting.  In that meeting, a vote passed to establish that OWLSnet libraries will no longer bill other libraries for items checked out at those libraries, but not returned.

No other changes were made to this document, but if you have comments or suggestions about it, please let me know.
