Daily circ activity reports - statistics incorrect
The daily circ activity reports for three days ago are incorrectly reporting the numbers for Thursday, Jan 29th, not Friday, Jan 30th. Additionally, the daily circ activity reports for two days ago are combining the numbers for Friday, Jan 30th and Saturday, Jan 31st.
The good news is that this will not affect any of the monthly reports for January or February of 2009. However, if you keep track of these daily numbers, you can get the real numbers for Friday and Saturday by using the hourly circulation stats in the *old* Web Management reports. (Please let Laura or me know if you need help with this.)
Just a reminder - the circulation numbers in the daily circ activity reports are not official numbers and will not match the numbers in the monthly circulation reports, or the numbers provided for the state annual report. The daily circ numbers are best used as a gauge of activity in your library.
