Security issues with InfoSoup

|
Last week, a security certificate was installed on the InfoSoup server, in preparation for ecommerce.  This is causing security warnings when patrons are using InfoSoup.

The first reported problem involved patrons receiving security warnings when they attempt to access My Account.  Today, we've made some design changes to address this problem, and believe we've fixed it.  The changes involve changing the URL that My Account links to.

It's possible that we've missed some of the places where this should be changed.  We'll continue to work on finding and updating these links.  In the meantime, if a patron reports this problem, please ask them to refresh the original page.  If the problem persists, please let us know exactly where the original link is located.  (For instance, they may have a bookmark, or it may be a link from a page that we haven't changed yet.)

We'll keep you updated on other issues caused by the security certificate, and what we're doing to address them.  If you or your patrons experience other problems with InfoSoup, please report them to OWLSNetHelp.
