Security issues with InfoSoup: Revocation information...
A number of libraries have reported frequent popup messages on their catalog PCs. The messages read, "Revocation information for the security certificate
for this site is not available. Do you want to proceed?"
Thanks to quick and detailed reporting from the Waupaca, Clintonville and Kewaunee libraries, we believe we've fixed the problem. The catalog PCs may need to be restarted in order for the change to take effect, but there is no need to update the computers, or remove security software.
If you continue to experience problems after restarting the catalog PCs, please let me know.
