Teacher Card instructions

There has been one small change to the Teacher Card procedures.  It wasn't clear which Municipality should be noted - the Teacher's or the schools.  Since the card is being issued to the teacher, we should use the municipality for the teacher's home address. 

The latest version of the procedures has an updated date of Nov 1, 2010.
