Scheduled maintenance, Saturday March 5, 5:15 PM
Starting at 5:15 PM on Saturday, March 5, the OWLSnet network
will be unavailable for about an hour, as it undergoes scheduled
maintenance.
During this time, access to all OWLSnet online services will be unavailable from both inside and outside of OWLSnet member libraries. This includes, but is not limited to:
Libraries who are open on Sunday, March 6th, have received special instructions on how to report issues to Dave Bacon.
On Sunday, after the work has been completed, if a few of your patrons are have trouble accessing InfoSoup, restarting their computer, or asking the patron to clear their web browser's cache is likely to resolve the problem. The following link provides detailed instructions on how to clear the cache memory on most current web browsers.
