As of around 11 AM, advanced keyword searching has been fixed.
Advanced keyword search has not been working since the upgrade Tuesday night. We've been working to fix the problem, but do not yet know when this will be resolved.
Patrons will encounter this problem when clicking on the More Search Options link on the main InfoSoup page, or by clicking modify search after a simple search has already been run. At the moment, putting in a search in the Advanced Keyword Search page results in an error message reading "You must enter data to search by."
We'll send out an update as soon as we know more.

Update: The problem has been fixed. Saved searches have reverted back to their original scope.
The re-scoping yesterday appears to have caused a problem with Saved Searches. Saved Searches that were for the entire database are now being scoped to just Audiobooks MP3 Download. I'm working with Innovative to see if the problem can be fixed, and will post an update as soon as I know more.

Tomorrow, June 23rd, 2008, Innovative will be doing some scoping work on our system. For about one hour, between 9 AM and 6 PM our time, scopes will be unavailable. Scopes are the drop-down search limiters that appear in InfoSoup.
Because we don't know exactly when and for how long they will be unavailable, we do not plan to post an update on the InfoSoup homepage. If your patrons experience difficulty using the scopes, please let them know that we are performing some maintenance on the site, and that they should be available again shortly (probably within an hour.)
