Installing OWLSnet NetSupport Notify On Your Library Staff PC

Please Follow These Installation Instructions:

Use Internet Explorer (required)
Select (click on) your library agency code below.
When prompted for your User name, enter your 3-letter agency code.
Enter the Password assigned to your 3-letter agency code (business) email account and click “OK”.
Click on “Run” both times it appears.
- If you only see a “Save File” button then you are more than likely using the wrong Web Browser. These instructions will only work with Internet Explorer.
You should now see the download and installation process begin.
IMPORTANT – Do not click on any of the installation windows during the installation. The “Extract To” window may display the longest but will automatically go away when the installation has completed.
