Currently, patron blocks are assigned by home agency. Therefore, it is in the library's best interest that the home agency accurately reflect the library of use. Additionally, renewals performed online are assigned to libraries by home agency.

Patrons must select the library they use the most or the library where they reside as their home agency. Patrons must register at their home agency library. If an existing patron record requires a home agency change, the patron must reregister at the new home agency library.
